Wendy Henley

Hi! I’m Wendy Henley, a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Emerald Coast and a member of The Meghan Hall Team. Licensed since 2014, I serve buyers, sellers and investors throughout Scenic Highway 30A, Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Inlet Beach and the surrounding Emerald Coast communities.

With more than a decade of real estate experience and a background in property management, I help clients evaluate far more than the surface of a property. My work includes luxury homes, Gulf front condominiums, vacation rental investments, primary residences, new construction and land. I guide clients through pricing, property condition, ownership costs, insurance, HOA considerations, rental performance and long term value so they can make confident, well informed decisions.

In 2019, The Meghan Hall Team ranked number two worldwide within Keller Williams with 302 transactions. Working alongside a team with that level of experience has exposed me to a wide range of negotiations, market conditions and transaction challenges.

Originally from Hernando, Mississippi, I moved to Destin with my family in 2010 and now call Santa Rosa Beach home. My husband, Jeff, and I have three children, Daly, Brody and Whitley. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, cooking, attending local events and staying connected through our church community.
